Gli alesatori di precisione sono progettati per aumentare leggermente le dimensioni di un foro precedentemente formato, ma con un elevato grado di accuratezza, lasciando i lati lisci.

Che cosa è l'alesatore a spirale sinistra?

Alesatore a spirale sinistra

  • Progettazione : le scanalature sono attorcigliate in senso antiorario (spirale sinistrorsa) rispetto all'asse dell'utensile.
  • Utilizzo :
    • Adatto per l'alesatura di fori passanti.
    • Efficace su materiali più duri come l'acciaio ad alto tenore di carbonio e alcune leghe.
    • Il design a spirale tira i trucioli verso il basso (lontano dal gambo dell'utensile) e fuori dal foro.
  • Vantaggi :
    • Impedisce ai trucioli di essere spinti indietro nel foro, migliorandone l'evacuazione.
    • Produce finiture più lisce nei materiali più resistenti.
  • Limitazioni :
    • Non è l'ideale per i fori ciechi poiché i trucioli potrebbero accumularsi nel foro.
